All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney. We use a variety of couriers including Australia Post, Aramex, Sendle and Couriers Please.

We offer shipping to the majority of postcodes across Australia. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to postcode restrictions, you will be notified via email and provided with the option for a credit note or a refund. Please note that once an order has been fulfilled, it is not possible to modify the shipping address. The order amount should reflect discounted prices and exclude shipping costs.
Orders placed before 1pm (AEST) will be processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive shipment details by email once your order has been dispatched. For those requiring expedited delivery, we provide an Express Post option at checkout. Please anticipate additional processing and delivery time during peak seasons. Next business day delivery is available only within the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and is contingent upon Australia Post meeting its service guarantee. Shipping costs for wholesale orders are not included.
We are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products and each order undergoes thorough quality checks and is securely packaged before dispatch. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we are ready to support you through the return and refund process. Due to hygiene standards, returned items must be in their original packaging and condition—unopened, unwashed, and unused. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please send us a photograph within 7 days of receipt to [email protected], and we will arrange for a replacement. For all returns, contact our sales team at [email protected] for written approval and instructions on the return process. Please avoid marking your parcel as 'Return to Sender'; we cannot ensure that such items will be eligible for a return or refund. Returns must be sent back via Australia Post at the customer's expense, and items not meeting our return criteria will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please be aware that orders paid via Afterpay are eligible only for store credit, not refunds.
While we strive to accurately represent our products' features and colors, variations may occur due to differences in monitors and screens. We cannot offer refunds based on color discrepancies.
